Norms of Office Life


Attitude makes a lot of dissimilarity. If you encompass a positive attitude with mandatory skills, you are simply the champion.  The subsequent guidelines may help you in achieving your desired targets.

   1. Be modest and well-mannered to your colleagues and workers.
   2. Do not disapprove of anyone statement with proper logic.
   3. Always be specialized and do not take anything special.
   4. Be forthcoming with your opposed sex colleagues and do not engross in sexual harassment.
   5. Do not break the dress code, rules and procedures of the organization.
   6. Light fragrance is very well but do not use strong body spray.
7. Do not speak deafeningly when you chat over the phone. Always be soft in your communication.
8. Dress in fresh and neat garments.

  10. Accomplish your assigned job within due time frame instead of reschedule.
  11. Do not speak about political affairs and religion discussions in the office premises.
  12. Do not play music.
  13. Attend pre notified meetings and sessions after full preparation.
  14. Be passionate.
  15. Be a good listener because good absorbers are good emitters.
  16. Discuss in detail but do not put an argument.
  17. Always care for your repute and do not lose your integrity
